Cheryl, there's lots of other prefab meals that you can have instead of the WW

ones. There's the lean cuisine, the Presidents Choice line has a lite line, and

Michellina too I believe. I always make stuff that has 6 servings and we eat 4

for dinner and wala - 2 leftover meals. Or whip up a crockpot full of something

delicious and you can eat from it all week and it's so much more tastier and a

lot less sodium and you can control how much you get. Personally I'd starve to

death with the skimpy portions in those prefab meals.

I live in Ontario and we can't get the WW food in the stores anymore so it

makes it hard. I do get the magazine which helps me stay focused and gives

me some new recipes.
