I try really hard not to focus on the scale as much as the points.

I think some days we just retain more water then others so try not

to let it get you down too much (I am saying that to myself as well as you.

LOL)

Focus on the points and exercise and the weight will come off.

Thanks btiza! I'm holding on with the points and exercise, drinking

my water, and hoping that next week, the scale aren't so hard on my

attitude! I'm even thinking of attending a morning meeting this

weekend as reinforcement, and maybe I'll just ask if I can step on

the scale to see if things are so bad in the a.m. as they were at my

usual p.m. weigh in. I'm not sure if this is just game-playing,

though, and maybe I should just leave the scale alone for a week and

concentrate on other benfits of staying on program, like having more

energy or whatever...
