Guest guest Posted August 4, 2004 Report Share Posted August 4, 2004 Gracious, sounds as if you need to let your apartment complex know about what constitues uninhabitable living conditions! We are dealing with a previous landlord on that matter right now, who wants us to pay the rent we withheld for the last month we were there due to the ceiling leak / caving over the electrical stove in the kitchen.
