Many women report that iodine helps them with sore breasts.

Personally I do not do well with it. Your mileage may vary (YMMV).

If you take that route please do a lot of reading. Dr. Derry, for

example would tell a woman to do something different with iodine than

others and he is a proponent. Progesterone hurts my breasts,

estrogen can make that pain go away. Again this can be the exact

opposite for other women. There's lots of other experience here.

Another interesting tidbit we learned from the transexual community

of men to women. Estrogen would create breast buds, but it was

adding the progesterone that made the breasts large and full.

I suggest a scan thru the archives for " sore breasts " . Some members

shared the stories of their efforts and so you can see how somethings

works and others didn't.

Hi, I'm 62 and had a total hysterectomy at 51. I'm interested in getting

any input on sore breasts. I went on Wiley about 6 months ago and am

experiencing EXTREMELY tender breasts, swollen areola.

Thanks.  I'm on Iodoral an Iodine/iodide supplement along with Levoxyl and Cytomel.  I'll try to read Dr. Derry.
