Many women report that iodine helps them with sore breasts. Personally I do not do well with it. Your mileage may vary (YMMV). If you take that route please do a lot of reading. Dr. Derry, for example would tell a woman to do something different with iodine than others and he is a proponent. Progesterone hurts my breasts, estrogen can make that pain go away. Again this can be the exact opposite for other women. There's lots of other experience here. Another interesting tidbit we learned from the transexual community of men to women. Estrogen would create breast buds, but it was adding the progesterone that made the breasts large and full. I suggest a scan thru the archives for " sore breasts " . Some members shared the stories of their efforts and so you can see how somethings works and others didn't. Laurel ______________________ Hi, I'm 62 and had a total hysterectomy at 51. I'm interested in getting any input on sore breasts. I went on Wiley about 6 months ago and am experiencing EXTREMELY tender breasts, swollen areola.
