Guest guest
But today, I am pleased to note that I did 12 minutes total, 1 min. Abs, 11 minutes of regular exercise. Congrats Charlotte! Regina
Guest guest
15 minutes of slightly stepped down workout (the high intensity stuff -- I don't do off the floor) and 5 of ab work. I have lost some of my body strength, and can't do as much of the ab work as I used to do...but it's not as bad as when I started...so my 5 week break didn't put me as back as I feared (I tried to exercise, but wasn't really successful all the time.) My house is a wreck, and so is my yard, ...but even so...I feel fine today even knowing that I've got a lot ahead of me to do. There is still " no place like home " even if the floor does need fixin' or whatever. It's been interesting having 2 more people in the house, and knowing it is long term. Sometimes I think " I must have been crazy " to bring them here...but then I remember that the benefit to her is greater than the discomfort of being out of my routines as well as feeling " crowded " or it being too noisey for me. I constantly have to work on this attitude of mine. I know that it will get better...I know that we'll all work on it and after a few more weeks, ...it will start feeling more normal. I recogize my feelings (without letting my daughter see them) and then can release them. So not perfect...but working on it. Charlotte -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
