Probably comparable to the basic tapes, I'd say. But, again if you get a good instructor who is not afraid to pitch up the music...then you'll be okay You could definitely handle becoming TurboKick certified. It's MUCH EASIER than the Tae Bo certification! And it's a very thorough training. With your knowledge of Tae Bo, you'd be ahead of the game. Toni, Jen and I all went through the Turbokick certification (for those of you who don't know..we are all Tae Bo Instructors) and we all got the Gold Ranking. They give that to those instructors who have great form (thanks to Tae Bo..LOL) and intensity, etc. When you try a class, definitely let us know how you like it! will be able to give you all the details you need about TurboKick..LOL! Guest guest
Ahhh. it would be fun to teach! I had two job interviews in Austin this last week and neither paid enough. If I did have to take them there would be no way I could afford a gym membership much less pay all my bills. Everyone, please pray for my job search! Thanks for the info ! a > > a, > > It's slower than the tapes! Well, at least the advanced ones. > Probably comparable to the basic tapes, I'd say.
