Guest guest
I don't know about mine I am exercising like crazy on the sky glider and walking when weather permits I want to lose this weight faster and I had two protein shakes already and about 2 bites of a hot dog today just don't have appetite and now I hate grocery shopping cause nothing looks good anymore . Re: Connie in OK is back! , I think I'm going to put it on a 3x5 card, laminate it and carry it with me at all times. Maybe then it will get through my thick head. Guest guest
I finally got going with exercise. I'm walking at a track or out on the highway we live on when the weather is nice and when it isn't I'll do the bike at home. I've been up for approx. 9 hours and just finished my 3rd protein. Of course, I'm distal so I need to do more than you do. I know what you mean about grocery shopping. I didn't even like it before surgery. I think you might be doing what I do sometimes which is not eating enough. I'm trying to work on that. Good luck, Connie in OK > > > > I know, I know, I've been bad.
