Glad to hear about your great success with Thurman. I am doing Thurman as well, 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks thus far : ) I'm in my third week but haven't weighed or measured myself this week, waiting till Monday. My goal is 125, size 6-8, I figure two rounds of six weeks to get there.

Maybe we can buddy up?

For the last 3 weeks I have been doing Sansone's walking tapes. But this week I am going to start alternating them with my Taebo's. I finally feel like I can up my cardio and is so much fun!!

I need to get back to Taebo as well

Hello everyone. It has been a long time once again. Like many of you, when I do Taebo the weight and inches fall off. I recently bought the Micheal Thurmond 6 week body makeover and lost 15 lbs in 8 weeks. I love the eating program, 5 times a day, healthy eating with a variety of foods, no restrictions except real sugar and added salt. It works for me. AND I get to have rice and potatoes! My problem is with the exercise. You are suppose to just walk, so since it rains alot in Hawaii in the wintertime I bought a gazelle. I like it, no impact on my knees which is good, but I am just not seeing the toning that TAEBO gives me. SO...I am going to start doing Taebo again and lose the rest of my 35 lbs. Right now I am 171. My goal is 135 or a size 6-8 whichever comes first! I lost 20 lbs a few years ago in 4 months just doing Taebo and healthy eating so I know it is possible to do it again. Once I stopped BF, I was able to exercise again and lose the weight.I have two girls - as for the breastfeeding thing...BF did nothing to help me lose weight and I ate a modified healthy diet/exercised and my breast stayed so large for the whole year that I was BFing. I was miserable. I am proud of all of you who have great successes with it. Good luck to you. Hope you have better luck than I did. Even doing Taebo then hurt my breast! it was not fun. is day 4. So far so good. How do you like the walk away the

pounds? I just love my taebo so I am going to add Taebo this 6

weeks as well.

I would love to have some support to stick with this!!

Hi ,

I like my walking tapes, but I am ready to bump it up a bit. I will probably alternate my 4 mile workouts with 's newest workouts, since they are a bit easier I hear. I am doing Pilates at night.

As far as the 6-week body makeover, I have been on plan with the exception of 2 days so far (Thanksgiving and my birthday). I have found the results are so good that I don't want to cheat at all!! At first I was very, very skeptical. I had tried so many diets/plans that just didn't work, but this is very different and if you stick with it you will lose the weight. I am amazed myself : ) Just take it one meal at a time.
