My son has a right arm pit that smells like a homeless man sometimes. Literally takes your breath away. It comes and goes. When I asked my DAN she said it is more than likely the toxins in his body desperately trying to get out any way they can. She told me to keep up with the epsom salt baths and add charcol when I smelled it. Interesting fact others have brought up about the testosterone, I'll have to ask her about that too.
