Hi all!

I'm new to the list, but have been doing Tae Bo off and on since 1998 (the

original informercial VHS). Anyway I grabbed my tapes out last month and

have been doing it five to six days a week ever since, except this week

(head cold ugh).

Anyway I'm 35, mom of three, and love how inspirational is...that's I

think my main reason for sticking with it when I did (I did it pretty much

three days a week from 1998 with other stuff through 2000 and then just

stopped).

But I did want to say I believe Pilates really complements Tae Bo because

you can build your core strength as well as learn to isometrically contract

the muscles, that IMO helps the Tae Bo workout a lot!
