Guest guest Posted December 7, 2004 Report Share Posted December 7, 2004 Hi all! I'm new to the list, but have been doing Tae Bo off and on since 1998 (the original informercial VHS). Anyway I grabbed my tapes out last month and have been doing it five to six days a week ever since, except this week (head cold ugh). Anyway I'm 35, mom of three, and love how inspirational is...that's I think my main reason for sticking with it when I did (I did it pretty much three days a week from 1998 with other stuff through 2000 and then just stopped). But I did want to say I believe Pilates really complements Tae Bo because you can build your core strength as well as learn to isometrically contract the muscles, that IMO helps the Tae Bo workout a lot!
