weigh in update

It's amazing! I weighed in 1.7 pounds lighter than last week (when I had a

gain). I'm still not quite sure how I managed a loss this week because I've

been over points as many days as on points. The only thing I can attribute it

to is that I exercised 4 times this week and drank gallons gallons of water.

Hallelujah, it's a weight watchers miracle!

I won't be relying on that miracle occurring again this week, however. It's

buckle down time where food is concerned...
