But there were only 3 workouts that came with it, namely Basic Bootcamp, Ab Bootcamp and Ultimate Bootcamp. When I look at next weeks schedule it calls for Cardio Bootcamp which didn't come w/my set. I have Fat Blasting Cardio (with bands) which is 45 min long. Is this a good substitution???? Thanks for your help... Caroline, who is determined to conquer this set!!! I believe that is the most difficult workout for me of all of them because the bands are used for so long. Keep us posted on your progress!
