General Ill feeling could it be a flare up coming?

Hello all,Quick question, A few hours ago around 12.30pm I started feeling dizzy and still very sick whilst walking home from work I had a sudden sharp pain in my chest then I have felt sick since I didn't need to use Ventolin at all when I had the pain but once I got in sat down i did have to use it I did check my peak flow which was 450 higher then last night when it was 150 then this morning it was 250 is it normal for it to be going up and down so much? I am currently not running a temperature but still feeling physical sick and drained I lack the ability to do anything at the moment, I am feeling scared and nervous encase something is going to happenRegards
