I like that question, Darrin...

One of the things that works well for me (when I do it :-))), is to acknowledge

and so to speak celebrate in my diary the moments I concretely behaved in accord

with my values.

Or when I see other people doing that.

I find that very sustaining and gratifying in and of itself.
