Hi,I am enjoying the book Learning RFT: An Introduction to Relational Frame Theory and Its Clinical Application by Niklas Torneke (with umlauts on o).  I think this is a very accessible book - a great place to start on studies of Relational Frame Theory.  I am 27% of way through.  I've also gone through the tutorial through the contexualpychology webpage.

Studying RFT had brought a bunch of new terms for me - mostly from Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis so I decided to search for a simple kindle book on ABA.  This search resulted in lots of books on Autism.  So I gathered that so far this is where ABA is being applied.  I bought Understanding Applied Behavior Analysis: An Introduction to ABA for Parents, Teachers, and Other Professionals.  This is quite good and very readable and accessible.

So, if any of you are interested in diving in deeper into ACT and it's foundations - I say the above two books are a great place to start along with the tutorial I mentioned above.Cheers,
