Asmanex is inhaled to reach the lungs and helpdecrease inflammation. Nasonex is inhaled in the nostrils to inhibit allergens. I guess both of these are small dosages. I had the same question, with my symbicort, and flutacasone, the insert says not to take them together, so I asked my pharmacist, she said it was great that I caught that myself. But, she should have told me first. Nasonex is inhaled through the nose to inhibit nasal inflammation. I will ask my doctor next week.
