Guest guest
Hi everyone, This is my first tae Bo day.I am 29 years old and live in country N.S.W. Australia.I am in hope that I can shed the extra 15 kg's that I carry around everyday.I found this site already to be very helpful and full of inspiration.I only hope that I can do as well as a lot of you already have.I have recently been divorced from a husband that always put me down and called me very nasty names because I was over weight.I now have the stregnth in myself to know that I am going to lose weight for myself and not have to be doing it because someone does not like the way I look.So now I start on my journey to find my self worth and know this Tae Bo is going to be a great start.Well I have never wrote on one of these boards before so wont bore anyone any longer today. Thanks for reading my letter.
