Guest guest
I agree, there was a lot of energy in the Live tapes that I don't see as much of in the 2004 ones! I also like the part in AL 12 when the camera is focusing on the one guy doing a static lunge and runs over and demands, " What are you staring at him for!? " It's uncanny how he can tell that's right about the point I'm about to collapse. --acey In a message dated 5/27/04 7:28:08 PM, tae-bo_on writes: << Message: 22 Date: Thu, 27 May 2004 15:27:49 -0400 Subject: taebo advanced live volume 12 todays workout was taebo advanced live volume 12! the first half of this workout is constant cardio! wheew!! thankfully billy gave a very motivating speech which really pumped me up! he is so great the second half consists of slower drills and floorwork for abs... then he wanted to do static plie squats, static dips and some impossible sloooow pushups. the music in this workout is really great during the cardio section. billy asks for it to be turned down a couple of times in the second half though so that he could give us motivational talks and to instruct. billy also shows off quite a bit in this video -- he does some awesome leaping kicks and tries to stand on shellie's quads during the plie squats!! OMG! he goes over to that guy -- i can never get his name right, the guy who is in all of the live workouts with black hair, olive skin, lots of muscles -- and proceeds to put both of his feet on this guys quads as the poor dude holds his plie squat... billy stands right up as the guy holds all of billys weight! wow! all in all this was a great workout... fun, thorough, entertaining, motivating, tough... i had a blast! you know, billys old production company (NCP) got alot of criticism from fans but they sure did know how to put out a real kick-a$$ workout with billy blanks!! *~*~*~*~* Carolyn --->>
