Dear All:

I have experienced this week night sweats again after starting the P phase of my cycle. so last night I skipped the P entirely and slept much better! No night sweats, and my acne bumps virtually have disappeared over nite. hmmmmm.......

I either have plenty of P in my system, or am making enough on my own? any ideas, anyone?

I want to be careful with all my dosings.....

I have been taking my temps. every morning for several months. When Ihave progesterone in my system (either my own, or vaginal Cyclogest),my temp. goes up by several points (from about 98.2 to 98.5-9). Iwonder if you are noticing the elevation in temp from progesterone? Ineed more E wile on progesterone. I would try another dose of E inthe evening or at bedtime for the night sweats.
