Hey everyone!

Just had to get on here and vent about Good Times. I just called to

check on the order that I placed June 12th and there was no record of

my order. said the same thing happened to her. So, for those

of you who ordered the videos awhile ago, you might want to call and

check on your order to see if they have any record of it. I am so

frustrated with Good Times and their customer service. When I asked

them if these videos were even available to ship, they said they

would have to research that! Huh? How can you not know if something

is available? I asked to speak to a supervisor because I think it's

utterly ridiculous that orders just get lost when I had an email

confirmation sent to me. He told me to fax him the information that

I had with my order number, etc. And he said he would take care of

it. I asked him how I would know that and he said he would call

me...yeah, I'll hold my breath! I'm sure that I won't get a call

back from them! To make matters worse, I just checked the website

and the Circuit 2 Pack is now $29.95. When I placed the order, it

was $19.95! I'm going to demand the same price because I'm so tired

of them changing the prices like that! First it's $50, then it goes

down to $19.95, then up to 29.95. That is so ridiculous!

Anyway, I just had to vent about it! I sure wish could get

together with a reputable Company that knew what the heck they were

doing! Because this kind of stuff is just frustrating and will do

nothing to promote Tae Bo! People will just get frustrated with it

all! I'm sorry, but it should not take over a month to get some

videos. And if they aren't available right now, that should be noted

somewhere on the website when you order them! GRRRRRRRR.....

Okay, I'm done now :) Sorry to be so negative...I'm just frustrated!
