I've got two numbers (I think they are both Customer Service): 1- and 1-. I also called last night to stop my automatic delivery of " new " (yeah, new my butt...LOL) videos every month! I had come home this week with a box from Good Times sitting at my door. I was so excited thinking I had FINALLY gotten the new videos and when I opened it up, it was Contact 1 and 2 and the Inflatable Bag (all of which I already have. Same thing with the previous videos...Flex and Cardio one month and the 2 Believers Workouts one month and then the Contact Workouts with the Bag this month. Yeah, those are brand new workouts...never before seen......I already had every single workout I received! So shady!!!! When I called to cancel I told them that I was told we would receive NEW workouts every month and every workout I had received was something I already owned. She apologized and I said 'That is just FALSE advertising'. She was stumbling around trying to apologize and I just figured it was no use yelling at her (although I wanted to yell at somebody because this was after I had gotten off the phone about my new videos...LOL)! Oh well! I'll see if I get a call back from Good Times next week! I think I am going to email Marisa and let her know some of the things that have been happening. I'm sure they have no idea this kind of stuff is going on! I am sure that GT is given authority to market Taebo as they see fit. It might not be how would do it but the control was given away (I assume). I know this is going to sound harsh (but I am PMSing) but I fear has sold his soul again in order to have his workouts produced. Different player, similar result. You don't know when to order something. Plus all these "lost" orders really scares me. What's going to happen when you think they'll finally debit you a certain price and then because you have to "reorder" they keep charging you. That can be a mess. They're designed to introduce resistance training and they're much slower than the older workouts. I still enjoy them, even though I've been doing it almost 5 1/2 years. I try to challenge myself and make the moves more difficult, go faster than they do as well. But the new workouts that are on the website are supposed to be more challenging.
