Guest guest
Yes, I've been on Phophat. Serine for about 3 weeks... I had severe swelling over the weekend of my ankles and laid off of it thinking that was causing it... and upped my magnesium/sea salt. I did take baby aspirin and the swelling went down right away... I also am battling a staph (cellulitis) infection with Cipro, in my hip. I have been on 100mcg of Cytomel 2 in a.m. 1 noon 1 at 3pm. Yesterday had some heart palps and hard to breathe episodes, so only took 75mcg... of course it was probably the Imitrex for my migraine causing that symptom.... UGH!!!!! Have you ever heard of using Ketaconazole (a prescript. anti fungal) med for lowering cortisol levels? I read it on a web site but none of the other 10 I perused, had that thought... I am looking into the Rhod. you told me about and is recommended in the book I am reading about high cortisol. Thanks! -Kris Kris and Bob Brunkhorstbkbrunk@... Have you tried takign anything to lower this? Phosphatidyl Serine is said to open cortisol receptors and thus lower cortisol levels.-- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/------------------------------------

Guest guest
Yes, that is why it's been a complicated health issue that very few around here can deal with. Adrenal insufficiency because the latter half of the year I test low cortisol or normal and at other times, high. My chronic fatigue doc said if my RF or autoimmune tests came back positive (in which they did) she would be less likely to diagnose me with chronic fatigue, although I do fit all the criteria. And now the RT3 and decreased conversion diagnosis of thyroid. What about Cushing's? -Kris adrenal insufficiency, chronic fatigue with high cortisol levels... -KrisBut this is conflicting information. adrenal insufficiency is LOW cortiosl.-- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/------------------------------------
