Guest guest
the deluxe pack has 5 dvds plus 1 contact dvd workout(the one with the billy bag)... it was my first day yesterday and I started with the foundation for the review of my moves and then the energy DVD. for me tae-bo is still fun... but i'm aching all over, i'm not used to exercising anymore... I might use the billy bag+contact workout later.... 15 pounds in 5 weeks! wow, i hope i can obtain that too! good luck on your workout and i'll update you with the set as soon as I have gone through the DVDs Welcome!!
