Hi,

I read with great interest 's post on plant therapies

from Gemma to get off sleep meds.

I would like to look into the plant therapies

Is that the correct link? There are so many tinctures I cannot find the ones

mentioned, California Poppy and Linden I think.

I am trying to wean off Klonopin which has been of great help to me in the past,

but now I want off, and want to figure out best way to do this for me.
