Fantastic questions to keep alive Randy. Very helpful. Thanks.

For those who missed it, Randy asked:

1. If your goal in social situations is to see other people's points

of view, does worrying help or hinder this? Your mind tells you

that worrying is necessary - what does your experience say?

2. Also I am curous, what is " seeing other people's points of view " in

support of? If you ask yourself " why " and pull on that " why " as you

would on a piece of string wrapped up into a ball, what comes out?

3. Lastly, if the answers to these questions seem to confirm that you

are in a trap of some sort, what does that suggest about answers in

general?
