Guest guest Posted January 1, 2002 Report Share Posted January 1, 2002 Here's an easy breakfast... for a Total of FOUR POINTS One English Muffin 1/2 slice American cheese 2 slices ham (I buy round ham, similar to Canadian Bacon which could also be used - 2 slices is ONE POINT) Place ham slice on each side of English Muffin, cheese in between. Microwave a minute or so (til cheese melts). Be sure you watch the calories/fat/fiber on your selections. Some English Muffins are more fattening than others. Low Points Breakfast????? Help with my breakfast please!! I usually just have a glass of choco milk (1 tbs Nesquick 1 pt. 8 oz. 2% low fat milk 3 pt.) Well now I have been getting very hungry later on!!! Waht are some really good muffins or breakfast breads that are really low in points say around 1-2 pts per serving.
