Since the birth of my baby (6 months ago yesterday), I have gotten progressively worse. I finally decided that enough was enough. I bought a lot of books on eating disorders and they helped open my eyes to a lot of things. I am still considering getting some sort of outside help, but for right now, I have got my binges under control. The 10 pounds came off in about 8 days. By not bingeing, I am saving myself anywhere from a thousand to three thousand calories A DAY (yikes, I know). My body basically has no choice but to lose weight, LOL. I also have a lot of weight to lose, so my weight will come off faster in the beginning. Because you " only " have 10 pounds to lose, it might take you a little longer. I know how difficult it is to lose any amount of weight, whether it's 10 pounds or 100, so please don't think I am minimizing your goals. I lost my weight through healthy eating and walking. I haven't been doing Tae-Bo much because the baby likes to scream the second I turn on the video. She is content to sit in her stroller while I walk though. Good luck with your weight loss.
