Meaningful for me because my last weigh in was a gain of 2.8! I am certainly glad to start the new year off right and wish everyone well - this list has been more helpful to me than you can ever know! It is bitter sweet, though because of that point range drop! LOL! Anyways, anyone tried the caramel popcorn cakes? They are like rice cakes but popcorn instead... YUM!
