Guest guest
Hey everyone - Just wanted to report that I have been NOT GOOD regarding this challenge. My in-laws were here for three days, and this week I have had meetings every day with potential clients - which has stressed me out beyond belief. I probably need the workouts more than ever, but just haven't been able to stay focused! I worked out Friday and Saturday, but not at all Sunday or Monday. Yesterday I did 30 minutes of cardio, and today nothing yet. So, safe to say, I have bombed this challenge - but I'm just wiping the slate clean and starting with a 5-day a week challenge. Great work to all you folks with more discipline than me! Ciao,
