I know there is much to do in keeping healthy. I hear so many

different things on what a person should do or not do!

a good example is drinking water - i have heard that not only should

you drink your 48 ounces a day but also if you drink caffine you

should drink that much more in water and for every so many pounds of

excess weight you are you should drink more water (don't know amount

off hand). What i personally have decided on this is to drink at

least my 48 ounces of water a day if i drink more great if i don't

that's great also!

I also take multi-vitiam, calcium and B complex vitiams.

QUESTIONS: HELP:

Protien: What are good sources besides meat. and also how much does

a person need daily. Thanks for any help with this.
