Felt really weak and tired today. Did Taebo Power, 12 min weights, 10 min yoga and walked two miles yesterday. Stacey- Welcome to the group. As for the negative comments you might have hear about the new Taebo videos. i think its mostly because the workouts are alot easier than most advanced Taebo-ers have come to expect. They are still great to have for both begginers and advanced as they lend variety to the program and get you used to using the power balls.
