Okay - did GR Basic today even though I was tired and kind of depressed. Really pushed it, and felt better! Looks like I will stay within my WW points as well (I'm allowing 27 a day because of all the working out).

Way to go ,

I did do my work out last night. I did 35-40 minutes of the cardio DVD. It might take some time before I get all those combinations down and I did fall behind the count on the double times, but I kept going the whole work out.

Way to go, Rich! The Cardio workout is great - don't worry about falling behind the count. It took me two weeks to get through that workout without stopping, and it still kicks my butt big time.

Thanks . I know I will get it by the end of this challenge. since I can't do the Strength or the Power DVDs I plan to rotate the Cardio and the Energy ones. Then I work in the others when my hand is better.
