Christa: He uses blood tests. My doctor only believes in blood tests. He explained to me that saliva tests are never accurate. He has them in his office - and I can get saliva tested. He just won't pay attention to them. We went through this on this group with the whole serum thing. Laurel was overdosed in progesterone thousands of times over, and her blood serum showed up as NO P! It's a dog and pony show. These doctors can't make up their minds whether they want to be mainline AMA or with the alternative practice. E mail me offlist the name of that doctor. Thanks. >> > have you had your E and P levels checked by saliva tests, or blood tests? > > (ps - sounds like you may need to get a more understanding dr - or even get a consult with a clinical pharmacologist. I know a great one who specializes in bhrt and she does phone consults. she can order the proper tests for you and send your prescriptions thru your dr if you want. )C> > > To: rhythmicliving@...: val@...: Tue, 11 Dec 2007 09:59:36 -0700Subject: RE: Re: Bleeding Again> > > > > > > Has it ever occurred to you that all that estriol and so little estradiol may contribute to your intolerance of P? I started with the neck throbbing and the headaches with the nausea. So then I started taking it every 14 days. WHo knows? Maybe it is enough for me? But my doctor believes I should be taking P every day! And he never suggested I use P every three months --- no way. That would not be enough according to him. > > > > > > > > __________________________________________________________> Share life as it happens with the new Windows Live.> http://www.windowslive.com/share.html?ocid=TXT_TAGHM_Wave2_sharelife_122007> Get the power of Windows + Web with the new Windows Live.
