Guest guest
All you guys doing the 21 day challenge. I got back yesterday. I did do a basic taebo tape this morning before work. It was fun as always. I would prefer to do advance, but time is limited in the morning. I lift weights at night so...how are you guys all doing? Guest guest
Sure as long as you are moving, it counts! Joan -----Original Message-----From: mmyers80@... I tend to do my workouts mid day or at night. Either when my are napping, or I have someone to watch them for me. Oh I also have a question.....If I take a class at the gym (kickboxing) would that count?? Just wanting to make sure. Guest guest
I hate to sound ignorant but which tape is the Cardio tape? I am using the original Tae Bo Advanced. HI, It is called Taebo Cardio. QVC just had the Cardio and the 2004 tapes and the balls for around $23.00. It is probably still on their website. Don't worry about knowing which one I was talking about, there are soooo many.LOL Robin
Guest guest
It's a workout introduced since joining up with Goodtimes. I believe if you order the 2K4 workouts through QVC, it comes with that one. Otherwise you can check out WalMart, Target, KMart, Best Buy, etc. and buy it individually. There's also Flex, Flex Express, Believer's: Strength Within and Beliiever's: Power Within. Also www.billyblanks.com to see some of the workouts that might not be available elsewhere. These newer workouts are designed to introduce resistance training and are much slower than the older workouts. But you can go faster, do things to make it challenging as well. I've been doing this almost 5 1/2 years and I love the slower workouts for "easier" days."Clarity on (Jonker)" wrote: I hate to sound ignorant but which tape is the Cardio tape? I checked out the site and am now seriously considering getting Tae Bo Extreme - it seems to be only available on that site.
