Guest guest Posted June 11, 2006 Report Share Posted June 11, 2006 Hi everybody, know I have been quiet the past few months, just overwhelmed, but have continued to read all the posts and to quietly count down my workouts for the spring challenge. Just started a second job to make ends meet, so not as many workouts last week, but with only 2 workouts to go in the spring challenge, I will be able to make at least 50 by June 15th. I plan to post a summer challenge starting June 15th through aug 15 with a 100 workout count down for any one who is interested. Good luck to everyone with working toward their goals, and I hope remembering to have fun. I will have to look at Get Ripped workout for gymmie and eric. Don't like it as well because it has floor work first (and I hate floor work!). Just FYI, I lost 6 pounds durint the spring challenge and hope to continue that trend over the summer. Delana.
