If you're new I'd say start out 2-3 times a week. Then as you get used to it add additional days. And do what you can do. If you can't get through an entire workout that's OK, especially if you're doing the Bootcamp workouts. Those bands are butt kickers. You'll get there. There's no specific diet everyone does what they want. Some watch calories, some count carbs, some do a " structured " plan such as WW, The Zone, etc. Others just try to limit the junk and watch what they eat. Everyone tries to find what works for them.

I am new to Tae Bo and I need some help. How often do you do Tae Bo? Is

there an eting plan that you go by that is spacific to Tae Bo? Any info

would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
