So I am wondering if I need to do a major cleanout for my toddler (3 year old)?? When I saw the pediatric GI a couple months ago, he told me that my son is very constipated from the x-ray. He wants me to do the miralax cleanout and then continue on miralax. I did not do any miralax but now I am concern if perhaps my son DOES need a cleanout? How do we know except from x-ray?? Please help. I think my son has very good diet but he still doesn't go everyday?!!!!!! And sometimes still strains? I would just hate to one day find out he has alot of poop stuck in there somewhere!!!!!! Help! How do i do a natural cleanout?
