It looks like a high protein moderate carb diet....I don;t post much but you are all very motivating! I love my Tae Bo Get Ripped, my Taebo Original, and I have one Taebo Live and the two nwere ones - Cardio and Flex. I am normally into low fat eating but keep hearing about moderate protein and moderate ( not so high and not too low) carb. So I am curious...Are they effective?
