Anyone have any experience with the diet advice in theSuzanne Sommers books? It looks like a high protein moderate carb diet....I don;t post much but you are all very motivating! I love my Tae Bo Get Ripped, my Taebo Original, and I have one Taebo Live and the two nwere ones - Cardio and Flex.

Right now Cardio and Flex and the FIRMS are my favourites....Leonie in Australia

there is also THE FORMULA written by Gene and Joyce Daoust -- which is also

40-30-30 and apparently the daoust's help design THE ZONE DIET. i havent

looked into 'the formula' yet but its on my to-do/wish list :)

Thank you everyone for the replies. I am normally into low fat eating but

keep hearing about moderate protein and moderate ( not so high and not too

low) carb. So I am curious...Are they effective? Are they good for those who

do regular workouts? lol!....Leonie
