Guest guest
Welcome, Stacey! Good to meet you! :lisa Hi - I'm new to this group! Hi everybody: I'm new here and fairly new to Tae Bo. I was walking, doing some weights, and my elliptical stepper, but was getting very bored. I always liked to exercise to videos at home, and figured I'd give Tae Bo a try, and of course, after the first one, I was hooked! I have been doing Tae Bo for over a month now, and am seeing results. I can actually feel my biceps growing, my stomach is getting smaller, and I think my butt is getting smaller too (which is my problem area). I have Tae Bo Live DVD, Cardio, and Get Ripped Advanced (which are my favorites). I am looking to get some new DVDs, but was disappointed that they don't have the original Tae Bo Live Advanced on DVD. I have read that the original advanced tapes are great. Does anyone know of any other workouts on DVD that compare to Get Ripped Advanced? I am married and live in Ontario, Canada. I have two boys, ages 9 and 6. I work at home full time as a medical transcriptionist, so I am lucky in that I can use my lunch hour to work out. Anyway, very happy I found this site. Hope everyone will enjoy their workouts today!TTYSStaceyAs Deb has said: "Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first step.""This isn't about weight loss, it's about enlightenment" -Visit our new vault site http://taeboon.isportsdot.com/

Guest guest
Hi Carolyn: It is great to hear from you! Where abouts in Ontario are you? We're in Sudbury. I do love working at home, it's the best. I usually stay in my PJs til 11, then work out, and I'm always here for the boys when they get home. What tae bo tapes do you like to do?
