When to stop Motrin and migraine meds before surgery?

Anyone who has had surgery, how many days before the surgery do you

have to stop taking Motrin, Aspirin and migraine medicine??

My surgery is Jan. 13th about a week away and I just thought about

that. I have been taking my Motrin daily and Zomig/migraine med.
