Guest guest
Hi, Well, I am back. I am Robin in Louisiana. I was on the loop last year. I quit doing it again and got in terrible shape. This time I started back two weeks ago. I waited to join the group until I knew I was going to make it. :-)))))) I have worked out 12 times in the last 15 days. I am already seeing results. I don't know why I quit last time. It doesn't take long for me to see results. I fit into a pair of shorts today that were way too small two weeks ago,. and they are loose. I have been doing the Tae Bo Gold, I am almost 48 and I love that tape. I have also been trying to do one of the Live tapes, and also the Basic. I like to try and do some of the floor exercises on the Live tape. It really helps the abdomen. I have quite a few of the Tae Bo tapes. I always seem to try too hard and do the advanced tapes too soon and get burned out. I am not going to do that this time. I wanted to do the 21 day challenge mentioned the other day but next week I have to have some tests done and will not be able to do it that day and maybe not the next. Another problem I have is trying to do Tae Bo during the day. I don't seem to get the energy to do it until night time or almost night time. I just finished a tape at 9pm and I feel great. I like to do the tape, then take a nice hot bath. Of course, I can't go to sleep until much later. LOL I enjoy reading the posts on this list very much. I went to the Tae Bo website the other day and was very disappointed to see that many of the tapes that were on there last year are now gone. I wanted to buy the Live series. Everyone keep on kicking!!! Robin
Guest guest
Welcome back Robin. Congratulations on your new commitment to Tae-Bo. I'm like you..I did great last time around (2 years ago) but was overly enthusiastic and got burned out. Trying to be more sensible this time! I hope that all goes well with your tests next week. Guest guest
Rich! You'll get back into it! I'm doing bad this summer too! Not over eating too much, but not exercising at all! So much for that bikini I wanted to wear at the end of August! Hang in there Rich! You are doing a really nice thing for your niece. -----Original Message-----From: r davis Sent: Tuesday, July 06, 2004 2:36 PMTo: tae-bo_on Subject: hi everyone Hi everyone, I have been having a bad summer diet and Tae-Bo wise. I can't seem to keep to my points. To make things worse my niece who is pregnant has moved in with us till the end of her pregnancy and till we can get her new trailer setup. So now I have no where to do my Tae-Bo. I can't wait to get back into a regular schedule. Maybe I will be able to lose the weight I have gained. Although I wasn't here for a while because my computer broke but I finally just got a new one. Don't worry about getting back to Taebo. When you have the time I'm sure you'll get right back on track. I know you will! I'm sorry your summer is not going the way you like. I'm having a very very bad summer financially. The only thing that keeps me going is Taebo. Well, it's always nice to hear from you again. Hope your summer gets better.
