Guest guest
When the day comes that my kids are grown and no longer need me I want to be able to enjoy my life with my husband, not spend my golden years in and out of doctor visits. Keep that thought. I agree with it 100%. Jack and Elaine Allan are in their 70s?, 80s? and are healthy mentally, physically, emotionally, etc. As far as I know they do not have Cancer, Arthritis, Diabetes, MS, obesity, hypertension, heart disease, etc. I bought one of his and her aqua aerobics tapes and they are doing exercises that I cannot even do (I am 44 years old). I exercise doing Tae-Bo, aqua aerobics, Pilaties, strength training, and jogging. I exercise six days a week and I feel great. My goal is to be 70+ years old and have the health Jack and Elaine Allan do in their 70s. This beats being unable to take care of myself in a hospital or nursing home ill. Sincerely, C. Guest guest
Sounds like you have the right attitude and you will succeed!! Keep up the hard work and you will see the physical results!! And I bet, right now even if you don't see the physical results, other people do!! Sheila > What is your name? My name is > > How old are you?
