I am doing comfortably my 12 minutes and my two minutes ab. If that seems like a drop it is. I realized that just because my time said 16 minutes,...it didn't mean I was exercising those last 6 minutes. And...um....I wasn't. I was watching them counting off as I flung body parts this way and that way...in sorta the same way the tape was doing. So I put the timer to 12 minutes and somehow manage to completely do 12 minutes with "control." Better to be at my ability right now, than to keep pretending that I was doing just great at 16. LOL. Aren't we (the collective we as in me, myself and I) silly sometimes just over a number?
