weakness in arms, joint stiffness and tingling

Hello,

I am suffering from weakness in arms, joint stiffness in hands and tingling at

times. My hands get very cold and don't work as well. I saw Dr. Oro and he

didn't think the decompression surgery would help my hands. I don't have

syringomyelia or pressure on my spinal cord now although my CSF flow is blocked

in the 4'th ventricle. Some doctors have told me that they don't think that the

problem with my hands are coming from the chiari. Can anyone tell me with their

experience do they think I could be having issues with my hands from chiari

without syringomylia and pressure on the spinal cord. Could this be coming from

any other disease associated with chiari? I think the more doctors I talk to the

more confused I get.
