Guest guest Posted August 25, 2009 Report Share Posted August 25, 2009 I to have been throught the tired all the time from chiari and all that comes with...I also have been dx with fibromyalgia and lupus on top of the tethered cord and chiari so i know tired....but...yes there is a but.... My new primary care doc has given me something for the energy level and though it isn't a huge jolt like we would all hope for it does get me through the day and it works wonderfully! The catch is it is hard to get insurance to approve it...you have to have certain dx's to get it or have a doc that is willing to help you battle the insurances company to pay which is what mine did....the name of the drug is .....PROVIGIL....I hope you all can get it because it has changed my life!
