Guest guest Posted February 27, 2006 Report Share Posted February 27, 2006 I'm sure most of you don't remember me since I seem to drop off the face of the earth more often than it rotates. I wanted to get more info as someone mentioned that would have a stability ball workout soon. Any idea on an ETA? or is it out yet? Also, are Bootcamp 1 & 2 different than the original bootcamp package? I haven't bought in a while so that I could save up for an elliptical trainer. Its the only cardio equipment I can stand. I do floor aerobics most days but sometimes I need a no-brains watch the tv workout. Plus my fiance is so stubborn that he will rarely do videos but I can get him on the machine on occassion. I have found that its a really great way to vary your routine. Ten min on cardio equipment an 8-min workout minus the warm-up and cool down. 10 more min on the machine. Half of a basic 10 min, rest of basic. Plus I've started to incorporate my BOSU into some of the workouts. I would LOVE a BOSU workout.
