Girls, I have been on an episode for six days. Yesterday, I took two

Benedryl pills. They helped. Last summer, I got a cortisone injection in

my knee. I didn't sleep all night and by the next morning, my heart rate

was 120 and BP was up to 187. I went to ER where they gave me IV Benedryl

and a muscle relaxer. Everything just started falling and I quickly

relaxed.

AI'm not advocating benadryl for the cure what ails us (racing)..What I'm

saying is that if it stops the racing that in those of us that it does,

histamines may play a role in causing the racing..Now, what to do about it

exactly...I don't know; that's the next step in the journey.
