Hi there,Has anyone found a solution to the dreaded water retention? I'm dying here. It's like my PMS never stops or something. I'm 32 and having really light (2-3 days) periods around 26 days apart and then it feels like I'm skipping ovulation. I don't know that I am, it's just I don't feel the post-period progesterone fueled, "Ahhh! Finally I'm shrinking back to normal size!" I've gone up a cup size for two months now and there's no way I'm pregnant. My whole body is swollen. I'll feel like this usually for around two months or so and then it goes away for about 4 months and I feel "normal" again. Any idea what this is? Could it be hormonal? Allergies? Stress induced? (I'm about to move.) It feels hormonal! Hahaha! Or Is this just what a flare feels like?Any quick fixes or suggestions to relieve this? (Yes, I was doing wrong. My immunity is in the toilette right now. Drinking too much wine, having allergies, stressed out, ate some sugar and some gluten, etc. I have since stopped doing wrong. Now to deal with the consequences?)Boo. Sorry for all the random questions. I'm just so sick of this! Thanks so much for all the wonderful advice on this forum, sarahDIAGNOSED with Hashi's, Pernicious Anemia, atopic dermatitis/eczema two years ago MORNINGS: 75 levo, 25 liothyronine, 5,000 mcg sublingual B12 with folic acid and B6, ClaritinAFTERNOON: daily multi (iron free), selenium with E, B-complex, Vit C, Vit D, Omega complex, primrose oil, zinc, Cal/MagDIET: lots of water all day, 1-2 cups coffee w/milk in the morning, eggs, low-carbs, lots of nuts and veggies, meats, small portion of rice a day BAD STUFF: I smoke about a half pack a day (I know, I know already), when I'm stressed I tend to drink more wine than I should (once a week or less usually), some nights I'll have 1 glass of wine with dinner (about 2 a week.)I just added some DHEA today to see if that will help prevent this hormonal(?) mess. I'm living in Turkey right now and it's really tough to find supplements.
