Hi Everyone!! My husband wil be having his Decompression Surgery this

Friday on the 23rd. He has no other problems as of now, he just needs

the decompression. They stated his herniation is almost to his C2

Vertebrae. Can anyone please tell what I can do to help him the most

after recovery.. any advice is greatly needed and appreciated! I think

I am more scared of making sure I take good care of him and dont let

him do anything, than I actually am scared of the surgery. Thanks so

much! I wish a pain free day upon all of you!!
