Wow - the first time in 3 years? WAY TO GO!!! Yes, you can count that as

two workouts (or not as you chose). I think the beauty of what Beckie set

up is that the challenge is very individualized. It's what works for you.

Some count only Tae Bo (I was going to do that, but then I got caught up in

a weight training program and decided not to), some everything. Some count

each work out, some count each day. 30 minutes is fine, 2 hours is fine -

whatever works for you and your personal goals.

Good luck and welcome back.

On the 100 workout challenge......if I do a cardio workout in the morning

then go to the gym in the evening, can I count that as two workouts? I

would think so but I don't want to cheat! LOL!!

- who plans to go to the gym today for the first time in almost 3

years!

I personally love the BootCamp Series! It's so full of energy, and

the bands (OMG), can i tell a difference after I've used them. My

arms and legs are so sore but it's such an awesome feeling. I think

Boot Camp is my favorite!! Keep it up!! Sheila

I think it's harder to use the bands while doing the punches but the

bands to me make my kicks so much more defined and make me feel

productive. I just pay close attention to how and the crew use

the bands.

Hi everyone

Hope you are all keeping well. I have a question for some of you.

As I have had surgery recently (key hole gall bladder) I was wondering if you might know how long it takes for your airways to get back to normal from the anaesthetic. As I have an insision right between my breast I figure maybe that has something to do with why I am still wheezy and coughing like mad. Not quite 3 weeks post op. still hard to take a full deep breath as it feels like someone is in there with a feather.

It may take a couple of months. There's a lot of healing going on. But I would think that it will gradually get better. Your dr would be the best one to ask.

Keep well everyone. Theresa
